New Janser strip cutting machine SSM50

Finally, we offer a small, mobile machine for efficiently cutting strips of flooring made from a wide variety of different materials. Mainly useful for cutting strips of covering for conventional or inlay/flush skirting for coverings in tile and plank formats such as PVC design coverings (LVT) or carpet tiles. If required, however, strips for conventional or inlay/flush skirting can also be cut from sheet materials, e.g. for needle felt, ball yarn, or elastic coverings such as linoleum or PVC.

This work was sometimes very strenuous and time-consuming. Thanks to the new SSM50 strip cutting machine from Janser, this work can now be carried out effortlessly, especially in the industrial sector.

The SSM50 works quickly – precisely – quietly & dust-free.
Strip widths from 10mm to 140mm can be cut with millimetre precision. When using 2 circular knives in the machine, 2 strips with widths of 10-70mm can be cut at the same time.
The desired strip widths are set using spacers and circular knives, which can be individually fitted on the cutting shaft in a matter of minutes.
The SSM50 works with integrated circular knives which simply cut through the covering completely. This means that there is no noise and, above all, no dust.
The SSM50 is very compact and weighs less than 30kg. This means that it can be used on the move and easily taken with you to the construction site. Or the skirting strips are cut in the workshop for assembly on site. Both are of course possible and thus offer maximum flexibility for the user.
In addition, there is an accessory set with which strip widths of up to 200mm can be cut, which are required for creating coved skirting.
